By purchasing or booking through the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions in full, as provided by Master Extension Michelle.

A booking fee/deposit of €20, €50 or another amount may be required for appointments, depending on the service selected. The fee reserves an actual time slot in the calendar and is not refundable in cash.

If you cancel or request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment, the fee may be converted into a voucher for a new booking; it cannot be converted into cash. The fee is forfeited if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, do not attend, or arrive later than the limits stated below.

A delay of up to 15 minutes is tolerated. After 15 minutes, the service may be changed or shortened, or the blow-dry may become a paid extra. If you are 20 minutes or more late, the appointment may be cancelled and the fee forfeited.

Services already performed, hair extensions that have been applied, cut, sewn, altered or customized, and digital content with immediate access are non-refundable, except for defects, non-conformity or mandatory rights provided by law.
