Why the in-person course exists
The theory teaches you the steps. A real working day teaches you how to work.
When a client is sitting in front of you, you can't pause a video. You need to assess her natural hair, choose the color, decide how many wefts to use, prepare your tools, stay organized, and talk with her as time goes by.
This is exactly what I want to teach you in person. Not just the technique, but how to make decisions while you work. You'll study all the theory and application steps online with the Masterclass.
Before your day in Milan
You'll arrive already knowing the theory. That way, we can use every hour for practice.
When you book your date, I'll activate your Online Masterclass. You'll have one week to complete it, memorize the application sequence, and practice the sewing technique. In person, we won't start from scratch; we'll get straight to work.

02. Memorize the steps
You'll work on at least 3 real services during the day. I'll teach you to work quickly, professionally, and in an organized way.
03. Apply your first extensions right away
Yes, at the end of the course you'll receive 300 g of 55 cm extensions for your first clients.

Energy, focus, and theory studied. If you like, bring a notebook with your notes. You can refer to it during the course: I want to teach you to work well, not test your memory.
I'll prepare the rest.
I organize the training materials, tools, real working environment, and a light aperitivo for the lunch break.
The only thing you need to arrange is the model for the morning, available from 09:00 to 14:00.

How the 1:1 immersive training works
You start working at 09:00. The pace changes throughout the day.
We start with a client you know and a guided service. In the afternoon, we increase the difficulty with a real client and a service you’ll discover that day. I want to take you gradually from confidence in the theory to the ability to handle a real case.

Your model arrives
The model must be available from 09:00 to 14:00. We'll begin with a consultation, assess the natural hair, choose the color and wefts, and prepare the service.
09:00–11:30
First extension application: no more than 2 hours and 30 minutes
You'll complete your first application of the day with me by your side. I'll correct your sectioning, placement, tension, microrings, sewing, organization, and timing.
11:30–12:00
Removal: 30 minutes
You'll learn to remove the extensions in an orderly, controlled way. You'll see how workstation preparation and the sequence of steps affect your speed.
12:00–14:00
Reapplication: 2 hours
We'll rebuild the service. Depending on the case and how you're working, I may have you do a standard reapplication or also introduce the logic of adding +50 g.
14:00–14:30
Lunch break: a mini aperitivo is included
We'll take a 30-minute break. I'll prepare a small aperitivo board for you to enjoy on site, so you don't need to organize anything and we can resume on time with the afternoon client.
14:30–17:30
Real client + surprise service
This is the most important part of the day. You won't know in advance which service you'll do. It could be an application or a reapplication, and, if the case and your skill level allow, one with +50 g. You'll have about 3 hours to handle the consultation, preparation, and service. I'll supervise you, but I also want to see how you think when everything isn't planned in advance.
How does it work with the model?
We'll start right away with your first application on the model you bring.
The model must be available from 09:00 to 14:00.
We'll complete the full teaching block on her in the morning. That lets me teach you the complete sequence, not just one step: consultation, application, removal, and reapplication.
Extensions applied during practice are normally removed. If the model would like to keep them, she can leave with the complete service by paying a reduced price.
