5. GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Issuer
The Gift Card is issued by NAVARRO SALAZAR MICHAELL MILAGROS, sole proprietor, trading as Master Extension Michelle, Via Padova 236, 20132 Milan, VAT No. 14601160964.
2. Format
The Gift Card may be issued in digital or, if available, physical format. The code is sent to the email address provided by the purchaser.
3. Amount
The available amount is the one shown at the time of purchase and in the confirmation received.
4. Validity
The Gift Card is valid for the period stated on the product page and in the communication received. The validity period must be clearly shown before payment. Once expired, it cannot be used unless Master Extension Michelle decides otherwise in the customer’s favor.
5. Use
• Extension application.
• Reapplication and reapplication with 50 grams.
• Removal.
• Conversion to clip-ins.
• Physical products.
• Other services and products listed on the website.
6. Bookings
The Gift Card does not automatically guarantee an appointment date. The customer must book through the calendar and follow the usual rules for delays, cancellations and rescheduling.
7. Price difference
If the total exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid. If the total is lower, the remaining balance stays available until the expiry date, if permitted by the Wix system.
8. Restrictions
• It cannot be reloaded unless otherwise stated.
• It cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• It cannot be resold commercially.
• It may be subject to anti-fraud checks.
9. Right of withdrawal
A standard Gift Card purchased online and not used may be subject to withdrawal within 14 days in cases provided for by law. No refund is due for any part already used. Gift Cards personalized for the customer are subject to any exceptions provided for by law.
10. Refunds for purchases paid with a Gift Card
If a refund is approved for a product purchased with a Gift Card, the amount may be credited back to the same balance, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Loss or unauthorized use
The customer must protect the code. If it is lost, they must contact us and provide their email address and order number. If the code has not been used and can be verified, a replacement may be considered. We are not responsible for use by third parties if the code was shared or stored insecurely.
12. Personalized services
When a Gift Card is used for a personalized service or product, the relevant Terms and the specific withdrawal conditions also apply.
13. Changes
Changes to these terms do not affect Gift Cards already purchased, except where more favorable provisions or legal requirements apply.
