Company details:

VAT number and tax code: 14896830966
REA: MI-2813818

2. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the website, bookings, purchases, payments, booking fees, advance payments, deposits, physical products, pre-orders, personalised products, in-studio services, made-to-order services, courses and digital content, Gift Cards, promotional packages, the loyalty programme, the referral programme, and any other product or service offered by Master Extension Michelle through the website, online calendar, social media, messages, email or connected channels.

These Terms apply to all current and future services related to the hair-extension sector, hair care, application, reapplication, removal, transformation, customisation, technical advice, training, and the sale of hair, accessories and beauty/hair products.

These Terms also cover, even if they are given different names in the future, all services similar or related to:

hair extension application;

hair extension application at different lengths;

application of straight, wavy, curly or specially textured hair extensions;

made-to-order hair-extension services;

services using hair extensions supplied by the client;

hair-extension reapplication, maintenance and repositioning;

adding grams, new wefts or volume enhancements;

hair-extension removal;

converting hair extensions into clip-ins or other removable systems;

hair-extension care, treatment, styling or preparation services;

technical consultations related to hair or hair extensions;

online courses, masterclasses, guides, videos, supplier lists and digital content;

sale of hair extensions, bundles, kits, accessories and hair-care products;

promotions, offers, packages, loyalty programmes and referrals.

The specific terms shown on the page for an individual service, product listing, promotion page, checkout, booking form or order confirmation supplement these Terms.

If a general rule conflicts with a specific term published for a service, product or promotion, the most recent specific term will prevail, subject to any mandatory rights provided by law.

3. Consumer or business client

The protections under the Consumer Code apply to an individual who purchases for purposes outside their professional activity.

For purchases made by professionals, companies, hairdressers, salons, resellers or anyone purchasing for purposes related to their business, the B2B terms and the general provisions of the Italian Civil Code apply, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

4. General rules applying to all services

All services offered by Master Extension Michelle are technical and personalised services.

These general principles always apply, even if the name of a service changes.

4.1 Technical assessment before the result

The assigned Master Extensionist assesses the client's natural hair base, colour, density, length, condition, texture, regrowth, the quality of the extensions and the desired result.

4.2 No identical result for everyone

Every client has a different starting point. For this reason, results identical to photos, videos, previous work or results achieved for other clients are not promised.

4.3 Price, duration and scope in the service listing

The applicable price, duration and scope are those shown on the service page, product listing, checkout or booking confirmation at the time of purchase, except in the case of an obvious error.

4.4 Personalised and tailor-made services

The cut, colour, quantity, placement, texture, length, transformation, preparation and application may be adapted to the client.

When a product or service is personalised, the right of withdrawal may be limited in the cases provided by law.

4.5 Required at-home care

The client must follow the instructions provided. Improper care, incorrect washing, excessive heat, bleaching, the sea, swimming pools, unsuitable products, tight ponytails or handling the rings may compromise the extensions' lifespan, comfort and result.

4.6 Maintenance at the correct intervals

Reapplication or maintenance must be carried out at the recommended intervals. Waiting too long may cause tangles, tension, discomfort and extra work.

4.7 Photos, videos and technical documentation

Technical photos and videos may be taken to document the service. Separate consent is required to publish the face or identify the client.

4.8 No medical diagnosis

Master Extensionists carry out technical assessments of hair and extensions, not medical diagnoses. If the client has an irritated scalp, alopecia, significant hair loss, pain, dermatitis or health concerns, they must consult a doctor or dermatologist.

4.9 Similar future services

If Master Extension Michelle adds a service in the future that is similar or related to existing services, the rules for the closest category will automatically apply, unless different specific terms are published in the listing for the new service.

5. Acceptance of the Terms

Before completing an order or booking, the client must be able to read and accept:

Terms and Conditions;

Privacy Policy;

the main features of the product or service;

the total price;

any additional charges;

payment terms;

booking, cancellation, lateness and no-show rules;

any right of withdrawal;

any exceptions to the right of withdrawal;

pre-order, special-order or processing times;

specific terms for made-to-order services.

Acceptance boxes must not be pre-selected.

6. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed when the client completes the order or booking, the payment or required fee is authorised, and a confirmation is sent on a durable medium, normally by email.

The confirmation may include a summary of the service or product, the amount paid, any remaining balance, the appointment date, the main rules and a link to the Terms.

7. Information entered by the client

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered when purchasing or booking, including their first and last name, email, phone number, address, tax details, service selection, colour, length, texture, technical notes and photos submitted.

Errors in the details may cause delays, make it impossible to perform the service, result in incorrect shipments or tax documents, or prevent the client from being contacted.

8. Refusal or cancellation of an order

Master Extension Michelle may refuse or cancel an order, booking or request in the event of:

an obvious pricing error;

product or hair-extension unavailability;

unauthorised payment;

incomplete or incorrect details;

reasonable suspicion of fraud;

technical impossibility of performing the service;

incorrectly booked service;

technical incompatibility with the client's natural hair base;

a request that does not meet the brand's professional standards;

disrespectful behaviour towards staff, clients or the business.

If the cancellation is due to Master Extension Michelle, any amounts owed will be refunded or converted into an alternative solution agreed with the client.

9. Prices and payments

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase or booking.

Prices may be updated for future orders, but this will not affect orders or bookings already confirmed, except in the case of an obvious error.

Payment may be made by:

an online advance payment or booking fee, with the balance payable at the studio;

an online deposit, with the balance payable at the studio;

full payment online;

payment through external providers, such as Klarna or PayPal, when available;

payment in instalments agreed directly with Master Extension Michelle, exclusively for courses or services for which this option is expressly offered and subject to the specific terms and applicable regulations;

other methods shown at checkout.

Instalment payments through Klarna, PayPal or other providers are subject to the relevant provider's approval and terms. Master Extension Michelle is not responsible for refusals, blocks, delays, unapproved instalments or terms applied by the payment provider.

The service will only be performed if the required payment is successfully authorised.

10. Tax documents

The client is responsible for ensuring that the details entered for issuing tax documents are correct.

Tax documents are issued in accordance with the applicable regulations and based on the details provided at the time of purchase.

Receipts or confirmations generated automatically by Wix or connected platforms may serve commercial or summary purposes and do not replace any tax documents required under Italian law.

11. In-studio services

In-studio services include application, reapplication, removal, transformation, related technical consultations and other services published on the website.

The price, duration, scope, availability, any balance payable at the studio, any advance payment, any deposit and the specific terms are shown on each service page and in the booking confirmation.

The stated durations are operational estimates. The actual time may vary depending on the client's natural hair base, the quantity of extensions, regrowth, tangles, hair condition, selected service and technical factors.

12. Technical assessment before the service

Before or during the service, the assigned Master Extensionist assesses:

natural hair base;

density;

length;

colour;

texture;

hair condition;

regrowth;

any existing hair extensions;

the quality of any extensions supplied by the client;

desired result;

technical compatibility;

any discomfort or conditions reported.

Master Extension Michelle may propose a change, postpone, adapt, reduce or refuse the service if it considers that it cannot be performed properly or safely.

The Master Extensionist's assessment is a technical assessment relating to the hair-extension service and does not constitute a medical, dermatological or health diagnosis.

In the event of significant hair loss, alopecia, dermatitis, wounds, irritation, ongoing medical treatment, sensitive scalp or health concerns, the client must consult a doctor or dermatologist before booking or proceeding.

13. Duty to disclose relevant conditions

Before the service, the client must disclose any relevant conditions, including:

significant hair loss;

thinning;

alopecia;

dermatitis;

irritation;

persistent itching;

a sore scalp;

ongoing medical treatments;

recent chemical treatments;

very fragile, broken or bleached hair;

known allergies to cosmetic products or materials used in the services.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the result, the safety of the service and the ability to perform the application or reapplication correctly.

14. Clean, dry hair

The client must arrive for the appointment with clean, freshly washed and completely dry hair, unless otherwise instructed by the Master Extensionist.

Dirty, wet, very oily hair or hair containing a lot of products, hairspray, gel, oils or residue may prevent or compromise the service.

In these cases Master Extension Michelle may:

reduce the scope of the service;

require an additional service;

postpone the appointment;

retain the booking fee in accordance with the applicable rules;

offer a new booking.

15. Quantity, weight and technical design of the application

The application price is not tied to an identical weight for every client.

The client describes the result they would like to achieve, for example:

greater length;

more fullness or volume;

both greater length and fullness;

the ability to regularly wear a very high, high, mid-height, mid-low or low ponytail;

frequent use of half-up styles, buns, updos or other hairstyles;

other aesthetic or practical needs relevant to the final result.

Based on this information, the shape of the head, the natural hair base, density, colour, natural hair length and professional assessment, the assigned Master Extensionist decides how to design the application technically.

Technical decisions reserved to the Master Extensionist include, among others:

the total quantity of extensions required;

the number of wefts;

the amount of hair used in each weft or area;

the position, height and distribution of the wefts;

the distance from the roots;

weight distribution;

the number and arrangement of rings;

the division of the head into sections;

the application technique;

any other choice needed to achieve the result professionally.

The client may explain the result they want and how they usually wear their hair, but may not dictate the technical method used to apply the extensions.

Example: the client may say, “I would like more volume at the front and I often wear a high ponytail.” The Master Extensionist will use this information to design the application.

However, the client cannot impose instructions such as “put this weft here”, “use this weight of hair in this area”, “put three wefts at the front” or “use the rings in this way”.

The fixed price does not entitle the client to demand a specific weight, a specific number of wefts or a specific technical distribution.

16. Standard booking

Bookings are made through the online calendar by selecting an available service, date and time.

To secure the appointment, a booking fee, advance payment or deposit may be required in the amount shown before payment.

The fee is credited towards the final price when stated in the service listing or booking confirmation.

Availability shown in the calendar may change until payment is actually confirmed.

17. Right of withdrawal for services booked online

When a service is booked online, the consumer has a right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by the Consumer Code.

If the client asks for the service to begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, she must make an explicit request.

If the service begins before the withdrawal period expires, an amount proportionate to the part already performed may be payable if the client withdraws.

If the service is completed, the right of withdrawal may end only if the client has expressly consented to the service beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that she will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Cancellation rules do not limit the consumer's mandatory rights.

18. Ordinary rescheduling and cancellations

18.1 Request made at least 48 hours in advance

The client may request to reschedule the appointment at least 48 hours before the booked time.

The amount paid may be converted into non-refundable credit for a new booking, subject to availability, current terms and the stated expiry date.

18.2 Request made less than 48 hours in advance

If the client asks to cancel or reschedule the appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, the amount paid may be retained as reasonable compensation for the reserved time slot, the preparation already carried out and the difficulty of reassigning the appointment.

18.3 Failure to attend

If the client does not attend, the appointment is considered missed.

The amount paid may be retained, and a new payment may be required to book another date.

19. Lateness

The client must arrive on time for the appointment.

Lateness rules:

up to 10 minutes: standard grace period;

11 to 14 minutes: the service is not automatically guaranteed and will be assessed based on the schedule;

15 minutes or more: the appointment may be cancelled because the service cannot be provided within the planned time without affecting the next clients.

If the client is late, some steps may be shortened, omitted or offered separately, where technically possible.

If the appointment is cancelled due to lateness, the amount paid may be retained.

20. Selecting the correct service and meeting the requirements

The client must select the appropriate service and check the requirements stated on the relevant page before booking.

If the wrong service is booked, or it is incomplete, does not allow enough time or is incompatible with the actual situation, Master Extension Michelle may:

modify it, where possible;

reduce its scope, where technically possible;

offer a new appointment;

request any additional service or charge already provided for in the published terms;

refuse to proceed when the necessary technical requirements are not met.

Examples:

booking removal when conversion to clip-ins is also needed;

booking reapplication when a new application is needed;

booking a standard application when a made-to-order service is needed;

booking reapplication with the client's own extensions when they are synthetic or blended with synthetic fibres;

booking reapplication with another brand's real-hair extensions that do not have compatible flat wefting;

booking the up-to-200 g option when the total weight to be reapplied exceeds 200 g;

arriving for reapplication after more than 4 months without allowing for the stated technical surcharge;

demanding during application or reapplication that the Master Extensionist follow the client's technical instructions when they are incompatible with the professional method.

If the service cannot be performed because the client does not meet a requirement clearly stated before booking, the deposit or booking fee will be handled in accordance with the terms accepted at the time of booking.

If a different weight is found at the studio from the one declared, the correct price and any need for an appointment of suitable duration will be communicated before work begins.

If the client is unsure about the composition, type of wefting or quantity of her own extensions, she is encouraged to contact Master Extension Michelle before booking.

21. Companions, children and animals

The service is provided to one client at a time.

Companions are not permitted during the appointment, unless authorised in advance or a specific need has been agreed.

This rule is in place for reasons of space, concentration, safety, hygiene, other clients' privacy and the proper management of the service.

Animals are not permitted in the salon, except where required by law or in special circumstances communicated and agreed in advance.

22. Clients who are minors

Authorisation from the person exercising parental responsibility is required for clients who are minors.

Without authorisation, Master Extension Michelle may refuse or postpone the service.

Recognisable photos or videos of minor clients will not be published without specific written authorisation from the person exercising parental responsibility.

23. Hair-extension application

The hair-extension application service includes what is stated on the service page, normally the extensions, application, cut and final styling, unless otherwise indicated.

Master Extension Michelle uses the microring weaving technique, without glue, keratin or direct heat.

The result depends on:

natural hair base;

hair density;

colour;

cut;

chosen length;

technically suitable quantity;

at-home care;

maintenance;

regrowth;

the client's habits.

Identical results for everyone, a complete absence of discomfort or the same duration for every client are not promised.

24. Applications with different lengths

Applications with different lengths are subject to the terms published on the relevant service page.

The price includes what is stated in the service listing at the time of booking.

The weight is not fixed for everyone and is assessed by the Master Extensionist based on the natural hair base and desired result.

If new lengths, variants or similar services are added in the future, the general rules for hair-extension applications will apply, unless different specific terms are published in the listing for the new service.

25. Made-to-order hair-extension services

Some services require the extensions to be ordered, prepared or made available in advance.

Examples of made-to-order services include:

75 cm hair extensions;

curly hair extensions;

special wavy textures;

unavailable colours;

special textures;

custom colour mixes;

special lengths;

similar future services requiring advance ordering.

For these services, a booking may require a minimum lead time, stated on the service page or at checkout.

Where indicated, the service must be booked at least 30 days in advance, unless Master Extension Michelle has already confirmed immediate availability.

To confirm the service, a confirmatory deposit may be required, as stated in the service listing or at checkout.

The deposit secures the calendar slot and allows the requested extensions to be ordered or prepared.

Because the extensions are ordered or prepared specifically according to the client's requested length, colour, texture and requirements, if the client cancels, changes her mind, withdraws or does not attend, the deposit may be retained in accordance with the terms accepted at the time of booking.

If the extensions are already available or arrive earlier than expected, Master Extension Michelle may contact the client to offer an earlier appointment. An earlier appointment is always subject to calendar availability and must be confirmed by both parties.

If Master Extension Michelle is ultimately unable to perform the service, or the ordered extensions are unavailable, the client may choose a new date, a compatible alternative service or a refund of the deposit paid.

26. 75 cm hair-extension application

The 75 cm Hair-Extension Application service is a special service and may be made to order.

The 75 cm extensions may be straight, wavy or curly, depending on the client's request, colour availability and technical assessment.

The service is subject to the general rules for made-to-order services.

The client may be asked to provide the following in the form:

desired colour;

desired texture;

current length;

hair density;

any existing extensions;

photos of the hair;

notes for the Master Extensionist.

Colour or texture availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

27. Curly hair-extension application

The Curly Hair-Extension Application service is dedicated to curly extensions and may be made to order.

Curly extensions are ordered or prepared based on:

chosen length;

colour;

texture;

curl type;

the client's natural hair base;

desired result.

The service is subject to the general rules for made-to-order services.

The client may be asked to provide the following in the form:

desired length;

curl type;

colour;

natural hair texture;

current length;

density;

any existing extensions;

photos of the hair;

notes for the Master Extensionist.

Curly extensions in special lengths may be handled through the dedicated special-length service, if available.

28. Optional photos for colour, curls, 75 cm extensions and technical cases

For special services, such as 75 cm extensions, curly extensions, complex colours, balayage, very dark roots with light ends, fine hair or technical cases, the client may be asked or advised to provide a photo of her hair.

The photo must be clear, unfiltered, taken in natural light and show the hair down.

The photo helps assess colour, the natural base and compatibility, but does not guarantee immediate availability or a final result.

The final assessment is always made following a technical check and confirmation of the actual availability of the extensions.

29. Client-supplied extensions and requirements for reapplication

Master Extension Michelle may work with extensions supplied by the client only if they are compatible with the booked service and the technical standards used.

For reapplication services, the extensions must be made of human hair. Extensions from other brands or professionals must also have flat wefting that is technically compatible with the method used by Master Extension Michelle.

Master Extension Michelle does not reapply:

synthetic extensions;

extensions made entirely of artificial fibres;

blended extensions, meaning extensions made of both human hair and synthetic fibres;

extensions whose composition cannot be identified or sufficiently verified;

extensions from other brands that do not have flat wefting or whose flat wefting is incompatible with the professional method;

material that the Master Extensionist considers technically unsuitable for reapplication.

This rule also applies when the extensions:

were purchased independently by the client;

come from another salon;

were applied by another professional;

have already been used.

The reason is technical: Master Extension Michelle cannot guarantee the behaviour, strength, workability, ease of brushing, reaction to heat, quality or final result of synthetic or blended fibres during removal, detangling, processing and reapplication. Other types of wefting may also be incompatible with the technique used.

If booking a reapplication using her own extensions, the client must verify before the appointment that they are made of human hair and, if they are from another brand, that they have flat wefting.

If the extensions are found to be synthetic, blended or otherwise unsuitable during the initial check:

the reapplication will not be performed;

the appointment will be considered impossible to perform because the service requirements have not been met;

the reserved time slot remains occupied and normally cannot be reassigned at the last minute;

the deposit or booking fee will be retained in accordance with the terms accepted;

a new booking is required for any new service.

Example 1: if the client brings extensions purchased online and the check shows they contain synthetic fibres, reapplication will not be performed even if some of the material is human hair.

Example 2: if the client brings 100% human-hair extensions from another brand but the wefting is not flat, reapplication will not be performed.

Master Extension Michelle does not guarantee the quality, lifespan, softness, colour, origin, strength or final performance of extensions purchased from third parties.

30. “Bring your own extensions” promotions

When a promotion allowing clients to bring their own extensions is active, the specific terms published for that promotion and all technical requirements for the service apply.

In particular, when the promotion concerns reapplication, the extensions must be made of human hair and, if they are from other brands, must have compatible flat wefting. Synthetic extensions, extensions blended with synthetic fibres or technically unsuitable material will not be worked on.

Unless otherwise stated, the promotion covers work or application compatible with extensions supplied by the client and does not include any guarantee regarding the quality of the material supplied by the client.

The promotion is subject to:

validity period;

calendar availability;

technical compatibility of the extensions;

terms stated in the promotional content;

any required deposit or advance payment;

cancellation and lateness rules;

the Master Extensionist's final assessment.

If the extensions supplied by the client do not meet the technical requirements, the service may be refused in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

Any promotional terms concerning price and weight must be clearly stated before booking.

31. The Master Extensionist's technical autonomy and client requests

Master Extension Michelle works according to a professional method based on the experience of its Master Extensionists, the characteristics of the client's natural hair and the result agreed with the client.

Before application or reapplication, the client may say what she would like to achieve and describe her habits, for example:

more length;

more fullness or volume;

both more length and fullness;

how she usually wears her hair;

whether she wears very high, high, mid-height, mid-low or low ponytails;

whether she often wears half-up styles, buns or other updos;

other relevant aesthetic needs.

This information helps the Master Extensionist plan the work.

However, the client may not decide or dictate:

where each individual weft is applied;

how far forward or back a weft is technically placed;

how many grams are used in a particular weft or area;

how many wefts are applied in a specific area;

how many rings are used or where they are placed;

how the weight is distributed;

how the head is divided into sections technically;

any other instructions that interfere with the professional method or could compromise the work.

If the client insists that the service be performed according to her own technical instructions, which the Master Extensionist considers incorrect, unsuitable for the natural hair base or incompatible with the professional method, the Master Extensionist may refuse to proceed.

Before stopping the service, the technical reason and the way Master Extension Michelle can perform the work are explained to the client.

If the client does not accept the professional assessment and insists that the work be performed according to her own technical instructions, the service will not be carried out.

In this case, because the time slot was reserved and the service cannot be performed because the client has not met the technical terms already communicated, the deposit or booking fee will be retained in accordance with the accepted terms. A new booking is required to make another appointment.

Appropriate example: “I would like to be able to wear a very high ponytail often and I would like more fullness at the front.”

Example of a technical request the Master Extensionist is not required to follow: “I want exactly two wefts here, one further forward, a precise number of grams in this area and the rings placed this way.”

If the client experiences severe pain, irritation, unusual pulling or significant discomfort after the service, she must contact Master Extension Michelle as soon as possible without manipulating the rings, stitching or wefts herself.

32. At-home care and maintenance

The client must follow the instructions received for caring for the extensions.

In particular, she must:

brush gently;

support the lengths while brushing;

start at the ends and work upwards gradually;

not pull at the base;

not manipulate the rings or stitching;

not play with the rings;

wash gently;

dry the roots, base, stitching and rings completely;

use suitable moisturising products;

use conditioner and a mask when needed;

avoid tight ponytails, especially at first;

avoid updos that are pulled too tight;

protect the extensions from the sea, swimming pools, heat and harsh treatments;

have the extensions reapplied at the recommended intervals.

Failure to care for the extensions may affect their lifespan, comfort, softness, stability, visibility and the condition of the natural hair.

33. Sea, swimming pools, gym and sweat

The sea, swimming pools, sun, chlorine, salt, sweat and frequent washing may dry out and tangle the extensions.

The client must:

tie the extensions in a loose braid before swimming;

avoid wearing the hair loose in the sea or pool;

rinse with fresh water after swimming;

apply conditioner or a moisturising mask;

detangle gently;

dry the base thoroughly;

avoid tight ponytails or pulling.

Master Extension Michelle is not responsible for tangles, dryness, breakage or deterioration caused by improper care, the sea, swimming pools, heat, unsuitable products or subsequent treatments performed by the client or third parties.

34. Chemical treatments and colour

The client must not bleach, lighten, colour or chemically treat the extensions without a professional assessment.

Extensions do not receive natural hydration from the scalp and may react differently from natural hair.

Bleaching, harsh dyes, incorrect toning, excessive heat or treatments performed by third parties may irreversibly damage the extensions.

Master Extension Michelle is not responsible for damage caused by treatments performed by the client or other professionals after purchase or application.

35. Hair-extension reapplication, weight and recommended intervals

Reapplication is intended to reposition the extensions after the natural growth of the hair and keep the base tidy, controlled and properly managed.

35.1 Price brackets by weight

The reapplication price depends on the total weight of extensions to be removed and reapplied, whether they are from Master Extension Michelle or another brand.

Up to and including 200 grams: €80 for standard reapplication.

Over 200 grams: €120 for reapplication.

The €120 price is the total price for reapplication over 200 grams; it is not an extra charge to be added to €80.

Example: a client with 200 g falls into the €80 bracket. A client with 300 g or 400 g falls into the €120 bracket, provided the extensions are technically suitable.

The rate for over 200 g also applies to extensions purchased or applied by other professionals, but only if they are made of human hair and have flat wefting compatible with the method used. Synthetic or blended extensions are not reapplied at any price.

The larger quantity requires more work during removal, preparation and reapplication, and may take longer than a standard appointment. It is therefore important to state the total weight before booking. Any appointment of suitable length must be checked in the calendar and on the relevant service page.

If the actual quantity exceeds the selected bracket during the initial check, the price will be updated to the correct amount and communicated before the service begins. If the booked time is insufficient, a suitable appointment may need to be arranged.

35.2 Recommended intervals

Reapplication is generally recommended within 2 or 3 months of the application or most recent reapplication.

The actual interval may vary depending on:

rate of regrowth;

type and density of the natural hair;

at-home care;

quantity of extensions;

the client's habits;

condition of the base.

As the natural hair grows, the weft gradually moves away from the roots.

Waiting too long may lead to:

tangles forming;

natural hair becoming intertwined with the extensions;

regrowth building up;

removal becoming more difficult;

a greater need for detangling;

greater care being needed when separating the natural hair;

the service taking longer.

For this reason, we recommend reapplication within the suggested 2–3-month period.

The current price, duration and scope are shown on the service page.

36. Reapplication after more than 4 months: €40 technical surcharge

If more than 4 months have passed since the last application or reapplication, a €40 surcharge is added to the reapplication price for the applicable weight bracket.

This surcharge applies both to reapplications up to 200 g and to those over 200 g.

Examples:

150 g, after more than 4 months: €80 + €40 = €120.

300 g, after more than 4 months: €120 + €40 = €160.

The surcharge is not a penalty. It reflects the additional technical work required to manage a base with substantial regrowth.

After more than 4 months, numerous knots and tangles may form between:

natural hair;

physiologically shed hair that has remained trapped in the base;

regrowth;

extensions;

rings and the weft structure.

In these circumstances, two additional procedures are normally required compared with standard reapplication:

1) Thorough untying and detangling: the natural hair must be gradually separated and freed from accumulated knots and tangles.

2) Detailed removal of the base and rings: the base must be dismantled more carefully, working in detail on individual rings and the most tangled areas.

This work takes longer and cannot be rushed. Removal or detangling that is too quick could increase the risk of pulling, breaking or tearing the natural hair.

The surcharge is added to the reapplication price and is payable according to the methods stated on the service page or at the appointment.

Timing example: if the last application or reapplication was performed on 10 January, an appointment within about 2–3 months falls within the recommended period. If reapplication takes place after more than 4 months have passed, the €40 surcharge applies.

The reference date is the date of the last application or reapplication.

If the condition of the base is particularly complex, the Master Extensionist will assess at the appointment whether reapplication is technically possible or whether a different service is required.

37. Reapplication with an additional 50 grams

The reapplication service with an additional 50 grams is intended to restore fullness, volume and an even appearance when the extensions have become sparse or thinner, or when the result needs refreshing.

It may be recommended approximately every four reapplications or whenever the Master Extensionist considers it technically appropriate.

The service includes what is stated on the relevant service page.

Colour, length, availability and compatibility are assessed based on the client's situation.

38. Hair-extension removal

Removal is carried out carefully to avoid unnecessary pulling on the natural hair.

The duration may vary depending on:

condition of the base;

quantity of extensions;

time since the last reapplication;

presence of tangles;

method used;

any extensions applied by third parties.

The removed extensions may be converted into clip-ins if they are technically suitable and subject to the terms of the specific service.

39. Converting extensions into clip-ins or removable systems

Converting extensions into clip-ins, or another removable system that may be offered in the future, is a custom service performed on the client's extensions.

The service may include removal, conversion, treatment, styling and instructions on how to apply them, as stated on the service page.

The number of wefts and clips depends on the quantity, length, condition and structure of the available extensions.

The work generally takes up to 4 working days, unless delays are communicated.

Once the conversion has begun, the service cannot be cancelled simply because the client has changed her mind, without prejudice to rights relating to defects, non-conformity and mandatory legal protections.

40. Collection and storage of extensions converted into clip-ins

When the clip-in conversion is ready, Master Extension Michelle will notify the client using the contact details provided.

From that point, the client may choose:

collection at the studio by appointment;

shipping at the client's expense;

another agreed method, if available.

Extensions converted into clip-ins are stored free of charge for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the first notification that the work is ready.

The client is responsible for collecting the extensions or requesting shipping within that period.

Failure to read messages, a change of phone number, an incorrect email address or no response does not pause the period if the notification was sent to the contact details provided by the client.

After 30 days without collection or shipment, Master Extension Michelle will send a final notice granting a further 7 days.

If this further period also expires without collection, the extensions will be considered uncollected. Master Extension Michelle may free up the storage space, transfer the item to another storage location, apply any documented storage, shipping or handling costs, or take measures permitted by applicable law.

Master Extension Michelle is not responsible for deterioration of the extensions caused by failure to collect them within the stated period, their original condition, the natural passage of time or the characteristics of the material supplied by the client.

Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.

41. Extensions applied or purchased elsewhere

Master Extension Michelle may assess extensions purchased or applied elsewhere, but acceptance of the service is not automatic.

For reapplication of extensions from other brands, both of the following requirements must be met:

1) the extensions must be made of human hair, with no synthetic fibres;

2) the extensions must have flat wefting that is technically compatible with the professional method used by Master Extension Michelle.

The Master Extensionist may also check:

composition;

previous method;

condition of the base;

hair quality;

overall quantity and weight;

colour;

length;

type and structure of the weft;

stitching;

presence of tangles;

condition;

compatibility with the microring weaving technique.

The fact that another salon or professional previously applied or reapplied the extensions does not oblige Master Extension Michelle to accept them.

Example: 100% human-hair extensions without flat wefting are not accepted for reapplication.

Example: another brand's human-hair extensions with compatible flat wefting and a weight of 300 g fall into the €120 price bracket, provided they are technically suitable for the service.

Synthetic or blended extensions, extensions without compatible flat wefting or otherwise unsuitable extensions will not be reapplied; the terms applicable to the appointment and deposit will apply.

Master Extension Michelle is not responsible for damage, discomfort, loss of quality, dryness, breakage, incorrect colours, previous applications or problems arising from work performed by other professionals or from products purchased elsewhere.

In the event of an unresolved dispute with another salon or professional, Master Extension Michelle may invite the client to contact the person who performed the original work first.

42. Physical products

The shop may sell:

hair extensions;

bundles;

wefts;

hair-extension kits;

care products;

accessories;

personalised products;

materials related to the services.

Each product page states, where applicable:

features;

price;

quantity;

length;

colour;

availability;

shipping times;

terms of use;

any warnings;

whether the product is personalised or subject to hygiene requirements.

43. Pre-orders

Unavailable variants may be purchased on pre-order.

The estimated pre-order time is the one stated on the product or service page. If no specific time is stated, an estimated 3–4 weeks may be required, subject to supplier delays.

Pre-ordering a standard product does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded only in the cases provided by law, for example when a product is cut, coloured, blended, transformed, prepared or personalised according to the client's specific instructions.

44. Colours, photographs and visual appearance

Photos published on the website and social media are taken with care, but colour may vary depending on:

lighting;

screen;

camera;

reflections;

natural base;

previous colour;

indoor or natural light;

filters or platform compression;

differences between natural hair and extensions.

For complex colours, balayage, cool blondes, copper or red shades, custom mixes or curls, a preliminary assessment may be required.

Absolute colour matching cannot be guaranteed, but the Master Extensionist works to achieve the most harmonious result possible based on availability and the client's base.

45. Personalised products

Examples of personalised products include:

extensions cut to order;

coloured extensions;

extensions blended into a custom mix;

extensions converted into clip-ins;

made-to-measure products;

extensions ordered with specific individual features;

products modified according to the client's instructions.

For these products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.

This exclusion does not apply to defects, non-conformity or mandatory consumer rights.

46. Sealed products for hygiene reasons

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for sealed extensions or products that, after delivery, have been opened and are no longer suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

This exclusion does not apply to defects or non-conformity.

47. Right of withdrawal for physical products

The consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery of the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

Full details of the procedure are provided on the Returns and Refunds page.

Products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, uncut, uncoloured and unaltered, with seals and packaging where required.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the client, unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defect or non-conformity.

48. Promotional products

The fact that a product was purchased on promotion does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.

Restrictions on withdrawal apply only in the cases provided by law, for example personalised products; sealed products opened for hygiene reasons; digital content access that has started in accordance with the stated terms; and products that have been used, washed, cut, coloured or altered.

49. Shipping

Delivery times, costs, transfer of risk and delivery rules are described in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The client is responsible for the address provided.

Any courier delays, storage at a depot, incorrect addresses or failed deliveries are handled in accordance with the carrier's terms and the Shipping Policy.

50. Courses, training, content and digital services

These terms apply to online courses, masterclasses, video lessons, PDFs, guides, downloadable materials, members-only areas, supplier lists, any support sessions and, more generally, all digital training activities offered by Master Extension Michelle.

The specific features of the course purchased, including the syllabus, price, access duration, included materials, any support, any certificate and how it is delivered, are those stated on the sales page and in the order summary at the time of purchase.

50.1 Syllabus and included content

The participant purchases only the course, package and content described on its sales page.

Purchasing a course does not automatically include modules, materials, consultations, feedback, suppliers, kits, live lessons or other services belonging to a different package, unless they are expressly stated as included.

50.2 Account and access details

Access to digital content is personal and is linked to the account and email address used for the purchase or registration.

The participant is responsible for ensuring the email address is correct and keeping her login credentials secure.

50.3 Activation and access duration

The access duration is the one clearly stated on the sales page, at checkout or in the order summary.

Unless a different term is expressly communicated before purchase, the period starts on the date the course is actually activated on the participant's account.

After expiry, content available only in the members-only area may no longer be accessible.

Choosing not to use or complete the course does not automatically extend access.

50.4 Technical requirements and access issues

To use the course, the participant needs a compatible device, a suitable Internet connection, an up-to-date browser or application and an active email address.

If the participant cannot view the course during the valid access period, she must contact support with her name, the email used for the purchase, a description of the issue and, where possible, a screenshot or video of the error.

If the issue is caused by the course, the platform used by Master Extension Michelle or the account managed by the service, reasonable measures will be taken to restore access.

50.5 Withdrawal for digital content with immediate access

Current laws and regulations apply to digital content purchased remotely.

If the participant requests course activation before the ordinary withdrawal period expires, immediate access is handled based on the statements and confirmations collected during checkout.

Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

50.6 Personal use and prohibition on sharing

The course and related materials are personal and non-transferable.

Unless authorised in writing, it is prohibited to:

share usernames or passwords;

allow third parties to take the course through the participant's account;

record the screen or copy videos and lessons that are not available for download;

share, publish, forward or resell PDFs, guides, worksheets or supplier lists;

republish the course on social media, in groups, on platforms, in cloud services or through messaging services;

use the materials to create or distribute a course that substantially copies the members-only content.

50.7 Supplier lists

When a course includes supplier lists or commercial information, it is provided for educational purposes and as a reference.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, suppliers are independent third parties.

Prices, minimum quantities, availability, lead times, quality, catalogues, shipping and commercial terms may change without Master Extension Michelle's control.

50.8 Support and feedback

Personal support, individual feedback, corrections, consultations or additional assistance are included only when expressly stated on the course page or in the package purchased.

Purchasing an online course does not automatically include unlimited personal support.

50.9 Certificates

If the course includes a certificate, its status and the conditions for obtaining it are those stated on the sales page.

Unless expressly stated in accordance with applicable law, a certificate of attendance or completion must not be understood as a state diploma, publicly recognised professional qualification or licence to practise.

50.10 Educational nature and results

Courses teach the techniques, procedures, working methods and information stated on the sales page.

Master Extension Michelle does not guarantee earnings, a number of clients, opening a business, professional success, specific financial results or that all participants will achieve the same final technical ability.

Results depend on practice, manual skills, study, experience, following procedures, the market and personal commitment.

Content about starting a business, organisation, pricing, marketing or management is educational and does not replace reserved tax, legal, accounting or professional advice.

51. In-person courses

When Master Extension Michelle offers courses, masterclasses, workshops or in-person training days, the specific terms on the relevant sales page and in the order confirmation also apply.

51.1 Syllabus, materials and included activities

Only the syllabus, materials, extensions, tools, online access, practice, support or other items expressly stated in the purchased package are included.

If materials are used during practice, the course page must state which items are for training activities and which, if any, remain with the participant.

51.2 Practice, models and real clients

When a course includes practice on a model or real client, the actual session depends on the person's availability, the technical condition of the hair and whether the work can be carried out safely.

Replacing a model, changing the practical case or adapting the training day for technical or organisational reasons does not automatically change the educational nature of the course, provided the essential purchased content is maintained.

51.3 Photos and videos during training

Photos and videos may be taken during the course for educational, documentary or promotional purposes.

Promotional use of recognisable images of participants, models or clients requires the authorisations set out in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Participants may not independently publish recognisable images or videos of clients, models, other participants or confidential materials without the necessary authorisations.

51.4 Punctuality, participation and absence

The participant must arrive on time and follow organisational, technical and safety instructions.

A significant delay may reduce the time actually available for certain activities and does not automatically extend the training day.

Absence, leaving early or non-participation for reasons attributable to the participant does not automatically entitle her to another training day or a refund, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rights.

51.5 Withdrawal, rescheduling and cancellations

For courses purchased remotely, the right-of-withdrawal rules set out in current legislation apply.

After the withdrawal period, any commercial rules on rescheduling, cancellations, deposits, credits or make-up sessions are those clearly communicated on the course page, in the offer or in the order confirmation before purchase.

No retroactive terms or surcharges that were not communicated before purchase will be applied.

51.6 Changes or cancellation by Master Extension Michelle

If Master Extension Michelle cannot hold the course on the agreed date for significant or unforeseen organisational reasons, a compatible solution, such as a new date, will be offered.

If the service cannot be provided and no alternative solution is accepted, the rights under applicable law for the part not delivered remain unaffected.

Personal travel, accommodation or organisation expenses are not included in the course price unless expressly stated.

51.7 Included online access

If an in-person course also includes an online course or digital materials, the digital component is subject to section 50, and the access period starts as stated on the sales page or in the order confirmation.

If the course is purchased with the direct 11-instalment plan, the specific terms in section 52 also apply. The payment period does not automatically extend access to online content.

51.8 Conduct and safety rules

During training, the participant must follow technical and organisational instructions, use tools and materials correctly and respect clients, models, staff and other participants.

Dangerous, offensive or training-disruptive behaviour may result in the participant's removal, to the extent permitted by law and the accepted terms.

52. Instalment and deferred course payments

52.1 Distinction between third-party instalments and direct deferral

When instalment payments are available through Klarna, PayPal or other external credit or payment providers, approval, the number of instalments, limits, due dates and terms depend on the selected provider and the information supplied before purchase.

For some offers, Master Extension Michelle may provide a direct payment plan with monthly charges payable to the company and without financing from Klarna or PayPal. This plan must be expressly available and described on the course page and in the purchase summary; it does not automatically apply to other courses.

Direct deferral is offered and managed in accordance with applicable rules on transparency, deferred payments and, where relevant, consumer credit. The fact that deferral is free of charge does not automatically exclude the application of those rules and related obligations.

If a third-party provider refuses instalment payments, Master Extension Michelle is not required to independently grant instalments, credit or other deferral options beyond those expressly available.

52.2 In-person Professional Extensionist Course: purpose and programme content

When the relevant offer is active, the direct 11-instalment payment plan applies to the in-person Corso Extensionist Professionale, organised by Master Extension Michelle S.R.L. as one training programme with a total price of 3.200,00€.

As set out in the training programme provided and communicated before purchase, it includes:

access to the complete Masterclass Online, with a commercial value of 599€, featuring content on theory, consultation, application, removal, reapplication, business organisation and access to suppliers;

independent preparation and compulsory sewing practice before the in-person training day;

one intensive practical training day with Michelle, including consultation, two applications on real clients, removal and reapplication with an additional 50 grams;

300 grams of dark 55 cm extensions, in colours selected by the organiser;

initial professional kit;

Starter Portfolio Social, including one Reel of the training day, three before-and-after carousels and three videos of the final results, in accordance with the programme and subject to the necessary authorisations for image use;

private certificate of course attendance.

The certificate is not a professional qualification or licence recognised by a public body.

The programme, materials, delivery arrangements and services actually included are those described in the official programme listing and purchase confirmation. If a recognisable image of a client or model cannot be used without authorisation, this does not allow privacy rules to be waived.

52.3 Total price and schedule of the 11 instalments

The total price of the programme purchased under this specific offer is 3.200,00€.

At checkout, the participant pays a total of 600,00€, made up of:

an initial fee of 340,00€;

the first instalment of 260,00€.

The remaining balance of 2.600,00€ is divided into 10 consecutive monthly instalments of 260,00€ each.

The plan therefore consists of 11 monthly instalments of 260,00€, with the first paid together with the initial fee of 340,00€.

Calculation: 340,00€ + (11 x 260,00€) = 3.200,00€.

The 10 subsequent instalments are charged monthly using the payment method authorised by the participant, on the dates stated in the purchase summary and contractual confirmation. No fixed day of the month is implied if it was not stated before payment.

This offer's deferral plan carries no interest or surcharges in addition to the total price of 3.200,00€; any costs legally payable for specific breaches are governed separately and may not be charged arbitrarily.

The plan ends with the final instalment and does not renew automatically.

The 3.200,00€ plan applies exclusively to this specific offer and does not replace any different promotional prices or offers intended for multiple participants.

52.4 Nature of the payment: this is not a subscription

The monthly payment is an instalment of the price of one training programme and does not represent the purchase of a new course every month.

The services may be delivered at different times through the Masterclass Online, in-person training day, materials and other services included in the purchased programme.

Attendance at the practical training day does not automatically extinguish any remaining instalments that are validly due.

Simply cancelling the debit authorisation or a technical interruption of the payment plan does not, by itself, extinguish a contractual obligation that was validly formed, without prejudice to rights of withdrawal, termination, refund and any other applicable protection.

52.5 Enrolment, preparation and date of the in-person training day

Enrolment takes place through the official Master Extension Michelle website.

The practical training date is agreed based on the organiser's availability and confirmed in writing.

Before the in-person day, the participant must study the Masterclass Online and complete the compulsory sewing practice included in the programme.

Any request to postpone must be communicated promptly. Rescheduling, cancellations and absences are subject to the specific terms communicated before purchase and applicable mandatory rights; the 11-instalment plan does not, by itself, create new penalties for non-attendance.

52.6 Access to the included Masterclass Online

Access to the Masterclass Online is included in the total price of the programme.

The actual access duration and terms are those stated on the Masterclass page and in the purchase confirmation.

The fact that instalments span eleven months does not automatically extend access to digital content.

Early activation of digital content during the withdrawal period is subject to the consent and information requirements under law and the general rules in section 50.

52.7 Right of withdrawal for the training programme purchased remotely

Upon conclusion of a distance contract with a consumer, the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal and the exceptions under the Consumer Code apply where provided.

Starting access to the Masterclass Online does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal for the entire programme, which also includes in-person training and the other services described in the programme.

Loss of the right of withdrawal for a fully performed service, and any loss of the right concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, may occur only under the conditions required by applicable law, including the necessary requests, statements and confirmations on a durable medium.

If the participant validly exercises the right of withdrawal, any amounts due for services already performed or materials supplied are determined under applicable law, taking into account the structure of the contract and the information provided before purchase.

Payment in instalments does not limit or alter mandatory statutory rights of withdrawal, refund or termination.

52.8 Voluntary withdrawal after the withdrawal period

After the applicable withdrawal period has expired, voluntary withdrawal or stopping participation does not automatically cancel the contract or financial obligations validly undertaken.

The consequences are assessed based on services already performed, materials delivered, validly agreed cancellation terms, any breach by the organiser and rights under applicable law.

If the organiser cannot provide the programme or an essential part of it, the remedies provided by law remain available, including rescheduling, a price reduction, termination or refund where due.

52.9 Missed payment and bringing the account up to date

The participant must meet the agreed due dates and keep the authorised payment method up to date.

If an instalment is missed, Master Extension Michelle will notify the participant of the irregularity and request that it be remedied.

The participant has 15 days from the notification to pay the amount due or update the payment method.

If the issue is not remedied, the company may use only the remedies provided by validly agreed terms and applicable law.

Any request for early payment of the entire remaining balance is possible only in cases permitted by law; it is not triggered automatically by a single missed instalment.

Technical deactivation or automatic cancellation of the plan by the platform does not automatically extinguish contractual credits that remain validly due.

52.10 Payment disputes and debt recovery

The participant retains the right to dispute unauthorised charges, payment errors or any breach through the channels provided by law and her payment provider.

In the event of a dispute, Master Extension Michelle may provide the payment processor with relevant evidence necessary to handle the case, such as the order summary, accepted terms, receipts, communications, digital activation and access records, delivery of materials and participation in the training.

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

For amounts validly due but unpaid, the company may use the means permitted by law to recover the debt. Additional costs may be requested only when legally due.

52.11 Educational nature and results

The course teaches the microring weaving method and hair-extension techniques according to the programme purchased.

Participation does not automatically guarantee a particular skill level, number of clients, turnover or financial result.

The ability to practise professionally in regulated activities remains subject to the requirements of applicable law.

52.12 Information before purchase, acceptance and confirmation

Before payment, the participant must be able to clearly review:

the course programme and what is included in the price;

the total price of 3.200,00€;

the initial payment of 600,00€ and its breakdown;

the next ten payments of 260,00€ and the payment schedule;

rules concerning any missed payments;

information about the right of withdrawal;

participation and rescheduling terms;

the duration of access to digital content and any other information required by law.

The contractual terms are accepted through an explicit action at checkout. Any specific consents or requests concerning early delivery of services and digital content must be collected separately when required by law.

The participant receives confirmation of the purchase and agreed terms on a durable medium, including due-date details and information required for the nature of the transaction.

52.13 Legal requirements for direct deferral

The plan is made available and managed only in compliance with the applicable rules for deferred payments and consumer credit, including, where relevant, pre-contractual and contractual transparency, assessment, documentation and information obligations.

These general terms do not replace any documents, disclosures or requirements imposed by applicable law for the specific payment plan.

52.14 Contacts and final provisions for the plan

For requests about the payment plan, disputes or contractual notices, Master Extension Michelle S.R.L. may be contacted using the official certified email (PEC) address stated in section 1.

These clauses supplement and do not replace the website's general terms on courses, digital content, privacy, withdrawal, complaints and jurisdiction.

For the 11-instalment plan, any special terms must be clearly communicated and agreed before purchase. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of one clause does not automatically render the others ineffective, to the extent provided by applicable law.

53. Precedence of course-specific information

For each course, the specific information shown on the sales page and in the order summary at the time of purchase also forms part of the contract.

If a general rule differs from a specific term clearly communicated before purchase, the most recent specific term prevails, subject to applicable mandatory law.

New terms will not apply retroactively to worsen the position of someone who has already purchased. For completed orders, the information and terms communicated and accepted at the time of purchase apply, except for more favourable changes or legal requirements.

54. Gift Cards

Gift Cards are governed by the Gift Card Terms page.

Unless otherwise stated:

they cannot be converted into cash;

they may be used by the stated expiry date;

they may be used for the specified services or products;

they do not automatically guarantee calendar availability;

if the service price changes, the client may use the available credit and pay any difference.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised in the cases provided by law for unused standard Gift Cards, subject to valid exclusions.

55. Promotions, offers and packages

Each promotion states:

purchase period;

redemption period;

included services;

any exclusions;

any maximum number of uses;

booking terms;

expiry date;

any code;

any restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

cannot be combined;

are personal;

cannot be converted into cash;

are subject to calendar availability;

must be used by the stated expiry date;

do not entitle the client to a refund for non-use after expiry;

may not be transferred to third parties without authorisation.

Promotions do not alter the consumer's mandatory rights.

56. Service packages

Service packages may include multiple appointments, sessions, treatments, reapplications or other related services.

Each package states:

what it includes;

price;

duration;

expiry date;

how it may be used;

any excluded services;

whether it can be combined with other offers;

booking and cancellation rules.

Unless otherwise stated, packages are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable in cash and subject to calendar availability.

Appointments not used before the package expires do not automatically entitle the client to a refund, except for mandatory rights provided by law.

57. 4x3 reapplication promotion

When active, the 4x3 reapplication promotion allows the client to purchase a package subject to the specific terms stated in the promotional communication.

Unless otherwise stated:

it is personal;

it cannot be shared;

it cannot be combined with other promotions;

it must be used by the stated expiry date;

it remains subject to booking, rescheduling, lateness and cancellation rules;

it cannot be converted into cash.

Appointments not used before expiry do not entitle the client to a refund, except for mandatory rights provided by law.

58. Free hair-extension kit promotion

When a promotion offering a free kit is active, the kit is delivered according to the terms stated in the promotion.

The kit is linked to the stated promotional service or purchase and cannot be converted into cash.

The kit contents may vary depending on availability, unless a specific promise is made in the promotional communication.

If the service is cancelled, refunded or not performed, Master Extension Michelle may request the return of the kit in intact condition or deduct its value, to the extent permitted by law and the accepted terms.

59. “Invite a Friend” programme

When active, the referral programme allows the referring client and the newly referred client to receive the benefit stated in the official communication.

Unless otherwise stated:

the discount is personal;

it cannot be converted into cash;

it cannot be combined with other promotions;

it applies only under the published terms;

it may require the new client to complete the service;

it may be subject to an expiry date;

it does not apply retroactively to appointments already booked or paid for, unless authorised.

Master Extension Michelle may change or suspend the programme for the future without affecting benefits already earned under valid terms.

60. Loyalty programme

Points, rewards, vouchers and discounts under the loyalty programme are governed by the terms published for the programme.

Unless otherwise stated:

they cannot be converted into cash;

they may have an expiry date;

they may be changed for the future;

they are non-transferable;

they cannot be combined with other promotions;

they do not replace refunds required by law.

61. Flash Slot (Posto Lampo) and temporary availability

A “Flash Slot” (“Posto Lampo”) is temporary availability published on social media, Google Business Profile, the website, messages or other channels.

A slot can be booked only if:

it is actually free in the calendar;

the appropriate staff member is available;

the service fits within the slot duration;

it does not create an overlap;

the client completes the booking under the stated terms.

Simply viewing or requesting a slot does not reserve it.

The slot is confirmed only after booking and payment of the required fee, unless otherwise stated in writing.

62. Technical photos and videos of the service

During services, Master Extension Michelle may take technical photos and videos of the hair, result, base, before-and-after appearance, work stages and technical details.

This content may be used internally for:

document the work performed;

check the result;

manage the client's technical record;

improve service quality;

review any post-appointment requests;

handle complaints, checks or support.

Internal technical photos are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

63. Publishing photos and videos showing the face or identifying the client

Photos or videos in which the client can be identified, including by her face, are published only with specific, freely given, informed and documentable consent.

Consent to publication is optional and separate from acceptance of the service.

The client may authorise:

photos/videos with the face visible;

photos/videos of the hair only, with no recognisable face;

no external publication, while allowing any internal technical documentation.

By consenting to publication, the client authorises Master Extension Michelle to use photos and videos taken during the service for promotional, advertising, informational, educational and brand-communication purposes.

Authorised content may be published on:

website;

Instagram;

Facebook;

TikTok;

Pinterest;

YouTube;

Google Business Profile;

WhatsApp Business;

newsletter;

online advertising campaigns;

landing pages;

portfolio;

digital materials;

other online channels connected to Master Extension Michelle.

The authorisation covers use of the client's image, face and hair, the result, before-and-after images and the stages of the service. The client's name does not have to be stated unless she has expressly consented otherwise.
