The practical training is carried out on real clients. It includes two applications, removal, reapplication, and a reapplication with an additional 50 grams.

No. A private certificate of attendance is issued. It does not qualify you to practise a profession and is not a qualification recognised by a public authority.

No. During the 30-minute break, I’ll offer you a small aperitivo platter to eat on site. It’s a short break, planned like a real salon workday break.

Above all, bring energy, focus, and the knowledge you studied in the Online Masterclass. I want you to already know the sequence of the application steps. If it helps, bring a notebook with notes, diagrams, and written steps to refer to during the day.

My in-person course is an intensive one-to-one training day in Milan. Beforehand, you complete the Online Masterclass and practise the sewing technique at home. On the course day, you start at 9:00 am with the model you bring, work on application, removal and reapplication, take a short lunch break, and in the afternoon handle a surprise real service on an actual client.

It includes the Online Masterclass, one-to-one training with me, practice on real clients, consultation, colour and amount selection, weft placement, application, removal and reapplication. A possible additional 50 g depends on your level and the real case. It also covers workstation setup, speed, client management, marketing, starting a business and suppliers. You receive 300 g of 55 cm extensions, a starter kit, a photo/video portfolio and access to a dedicated page on my website for students who complete the course.

The full course costs €3,000. A €499 deposit is required to secure the date. The date is arranged about one week before the full-day intensive, because once it’s confirmed, I activate the online part so you have those days to complete the theory before coming to the salon.

I do not publish fixed dates because the programme is individual, 1:1, and must fit the salon's actual schedule. To find the next available date, contact me: I will check the calendar and suggest a day that works for the intensive training and the real services included.

Yes. You bring the model for the first part of the day, and she must be available from 09:00 to 14:00. We will use her for the initial technical block: application, removal, and reapplication.

The extensions used on the model during practice are normally removed. If she decides to keep them at the end, the 55 cm service is priced at €450 instead of €530, as I deduct €80 for the labour carried out by the student.

We start at 9:00 am. You have 2 hours and 30 minutes for the first application, 30 minutes for removal and 2 hours for reapplication. At 2:00 pm we take a 30-minute lunch break. Then we continue with a real client and a surprise service, with a time window of about 3 hours.

Because I want you to experience a situation similar to real working life. You can’t always know in advance which client will come in, what their natural hair is like or what they will need. The service may be an application or a reapplication and, depending on the case and your level, may also include an additional 50 g.

No. It depends on the actual case and how you are working during the day. I may decide to have you practise a standard reapplication or a reapplication with an extra 50 g. The programme is not built as an identical simulation for everyone: we adapt to real clients and to your level.

I will teach you how to conduct a proper consultation: assess the natural hair base, understand density and length, listen to the client's goal, choose a colour, decide how many wefts to use, distribute the weight, explain what is achievable, and communicate professionally without promising unrealistic results.

Yes. Throughout the day’s practical work, I show you how I compare the natural base with the extensions, assess the roots, lengths and ends, and choose the colours best suited to the result we want to achieve.

Yes. I do not use the same standard amount for everyone. I will teach you to assess density, hair base, goals, and comfort, then choose how many wefts are needed and where to place them to create a balanced result.

Yes. One aim of the practical training is to help you organise your tools, steps, and workstation so you can work more efficiently. With experience and practice after the course, my technical goal is to help you work towards completing services in under 2 hours. This does not mean you will already work at that speed on the first day.

You receive a deliberately basic kit. I do not want to fill it with tools you may never use. The technique is easy to understand, but the ideal workstation is personal: start with the essentials, then use the supplier links in the online course to build a setup that suits your hands, speed, and way of working.

Yes. The included online programme gives you contacts for equipment, extensionist kits, and direct extension suppliers, including the contacts used to source products directly. I also explain how to approach suppliers, compare materials, and plan your first purchases.

Yes. At the end of the day, I’ll give you 300 grams of 55 cm extensions in the most requested dark shades. The idea is to provide a real starting stock for your first couple of clients, without needing to build a full inventory from scratch first.

Yes. We start with the most useful principle: don’t buy everything. I’ll teach you how to identify what sells fastest, choose your first colours, decide what is worth keeping in stock, and use suppliers to expand your inventory as requests come in.

Yes. I don’t want to teach you only the technical steps. We also work on how to present yourself, create your first content, manage enquiries, hold an initial consultation, turn an enquiry into an appointment and start building a professional client base.

Yes. During the day, we document at least three services that you can show as work completed during your training. The planned package includes one Reel from the day, three before-and-after carousels and three final videos, provided all the work is completed as scheduled.

For students who complete the in-person course, I create a dedicated page on the Master Extension Michelle website where clients can see your service area and how to contact you. This benefit is reserved for students who complete the programme. It provides visibility and may help you receive enquiries, but I cannot guarantee a specific number of clients or income.

If you leave the programme and do not complete the day, you will not be added to the page for extensionists trained in person. For me, that page also carries responsibility towards clients: I want to list only people who completed the full intensive training and whom I was able to support through to the end.

No. I want to be upfront because honesty matters. It is a long, intense day with real pressure. It is not a light experience to try out of curiosity: you move from being a student to working as an extension specialist, with time constraints, clients and responsibilities. If you are looking for a relaxed day without pressure, this is not the right course for you.

No. I can teach you technique, organisation, speed, client management, supplier sourcing and marketing, and give you practical tools to build a business. I can’t guarantee clients, revenue or income. The goal is to strengthen your professional skills and earning potential through knowledge and practice.

Yes. Once you complete the full programme, you will receive a private certificate of participation. It is not a professional qualification or licence and does not replace any legal requirements for the work you intend to do.
